Thanks Wiz and Polo.
It was one of those meaningless birthdays. 37 is no big deal. Not like I was turning 16(driver's permit), 18(legal age), 21(alcohol), 259lower insurance), 30(maturity?), 40(middle age), 50(half century) or 62(retirement?). _________________ Socially distancing since 1970. |

I'm crackin that year 41 whip this year and my ol lady (better half) is hitting the big 5 OH next month.
If I could have stayed in the military i could have retired at 37 LW - but unfortunately for me I'm uneducated so had to Echo tango suitcase - couldn't make E6 - talk about BS. _________________ The maximum effective range of an excuse is zero point zero meters! |

Yep, you're no longer young enough to hang with the teenagers any more. You're now one of "them!"
Don't feel bad, we've all been through it. _________________

i've become one of them....except that them don't acknowledge that, and the non-them say i'm too old....i don't fit in anywhere.
yeesh, for the trip to florida, mom still treats me as if i can't even pack my own bags....despite me living away from home for college, and having moved out and now tied to a mortgage....paying for my own bills, heck i even payed for their disney tickets, but i'm apparently incapable of even packing a toothbrush. _________________ I知 not bad....I知 just drawn that way! |
