Nah, I wouldn't blur them. I would just "accessorize" them.

Men don't like false advertising.  
Funny story time:
When I first moved off base back in 1992, I moved into a rather large house with 4 other occupants, myself, another guy(civilian) and two sisters (one military, one practically blind). There was, of course, only one laundry area and four distinct persons needing to utilize it on the same days(weekend of course).
Guys, as girls know, aren't the greatest at laundry. We're usually doing good if we remember to sort whites and darks.
On this occasion I really needed to do laundry and the girl that actually owned the house had her stuff in the machines all morning. When they quit running I did my best to fold the non-private stuff and the private stuff went in a pile on top of the dryer. Everything from the washer went straight into the dryer on regular cycle in a big pile and my stuff went into the washer.
She came back an hour later and went up to her room by the laundry area. I was in my room with the door closed when I heard her scream bloody murder. It seems her silicone rubber(?) pushups had made their way into the washer by mistake and were now practically fused to the sides of the dryer drum. 
I wouldn't have heard the end of that for weeks except that as she stood in my (now open) doorway screaming at me I kept looking from her chest to her face quizically. In other words, were they real or were they memorex.
She wound down quickily after that and it never got mentioned again until my now ex moved in. Dana promptly told her to make sure she did her own laundry or made sure any "enhancements" were properly taken care of.

 I've never worn fake boobs like that, but a push up bra with a little padding never hurt anyone. And they can go in the dryer without melting

Only problem is it doesn't stay lymph very long once you do.
