Hope everyone had a good one. Yellow Cool

Thanksgiving day and the day after were awesome for me. My sister-in-law Carla always puts out a tasty Thanksgiving spread. The next night we always order takeout BBQ from "The Smokehouse" in KC. love4

We got my brother Eric drunk and listened to all of his shinanigans from the past 20 years in the military Yellow Laugh

The 27+ hours of driving to get there and get back tore me up though. Yellow Cry

I'd be willing to drive a long way for great food, but I think 27 hours is a little beyond my limit! The 13 miles to/from work everyday is about it Yellow Rolleyes

Yeah, it was probably not the smartest thing I've done. But, it's hard to refuse family when they've done so much for you over the years.

Of course it helped that my brother Eric would make a great guest comedian on the Redneck Comedy Tour. Yellow Wink Yellow Laugh

You're whining about a 13 mile drive to work? Try 30 in stop and go traffic every day. #Cussing out

If you've ever seen the movie "Office Space," that's my drive to work and back in the beginning of the movie.

Yeah, but you don't have to add snow to the mix. Last wednesday, the average commute home for our office was 3-1/2 hours. I just love
gridlock. Wouldn't be so bad if people would just stay in their damn
lanes and let everyone move at a steady pace of 5mph #Cussing out

Would adding a couple passengers in your carpool help? (yes, one of them is Sidney)
