poem, lattice project and docking (along with simap and rosetta) are... at least to the same extent as folding@home is. (beware of lattice project - big long memory hungry WUs with limited checkpointing at the moment)

as an addition, i'll recommend wuprop which is boinc performance related, but runs as a non-compute intensive WU for virtually no impact - so i'd recommend that - needs boinc 6.6+ i think.
