My core I7 is doing OGR at the moment. And the Core2Quad aren't sufficient to crunch these WUs. I'll perhaps have a look at it later. Yellow Wink

Looks pretty interesting. I've been thinking about selling my Xeons because they are not very energy efficient. The i7 860 is probably what I'll get. Quad Core + hyper threading so it's almost 8 cores. Very Happy

i7 860 looks sweet if you can get it and the mobo for a good price - for some DC loads, you get ~6.5 cores equiv - which is pretty good as far as i'm concerned - runs hotter when you turn on the HT though (not surprising - it's doing a lot more work!)
